Modernisation

The ratification by the Public Services Committee of the ICTU on 15 June 2010 of the terms of the Public Service Agreement 2010 - 2014 (the Croke Park Agreement) provides an agreed agenda for change across all sectors of the Public Service and a framework within which greater efficiency in delivering services for the citizen can be secured. The Agreement provides the basis for advancing the development of the Transforming Public Services agenda in the Justice and Law Reform sector.
